This Privacy Policy applies to BeresPDF services on berespdf.com, including BeresPDF Guru at berespdf.com/guru, BeresPDF CAT ASN at berespdf.com/asn, and related service subdomains.

BeresPDF processes files only to run the tool selected by the user.

Input and output files are automatically deleted from the server after about 3 minutes, or sooner when the user chooses to delete files immediately.

The MVP does not require login, does not sell user files, and does not use paid AI APIs to read document contents.

If Google AdSense is enabled later, advertising partners may use cookies or identifiers according to Google policies and user privacy choices.

Technical metadata such as request time, job status, and server errors may be used to keep the service stable.

Some pages may provide educational or teacher support features on subdomains. Those features follow the same principle: collect only what is needed to run the requested service and avoid exposing private user files publicly.

Users should avoid uploading documents that contain highly sensitive personal, financial, legal, or confidential information unless they understand the risk of using any online processing service.

BeresPDF does not ask users to create an account for the main file tools. This reduces the amount of personal data needed for ordinary document processing.

Uploaded files are not intended to become public content. They are handled as temporary processing inputs and should not be shared through public URLs except by the user who downloads the result.

If a user contacts BeresPDF by email or through a contact form, the message may be reviewed manually so the team can understand bug reports, feature requests, or content correction requests.
